"5.06 Home. World premiere of the film by Yann Arthus-Bertrant and Luc Besson"

June 5th, 2009 on the World Environment Day, premiere of the film, unprecedented from the point of view of its concept and implementation in the world’s film industry will take place simultaneously in Moscow, London, New-York, Paris, Tokyo and other world’s major cities.

HOME is a result of the cooperative work of two maestros of the contemporary art – world-known photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrant and iconic film director Luc Besson.

HOME is the year and a half of shooting in more than 60 countries, most beautiful corners of the planet which appear to be under threat of destroying. HOME is a visual masterpeice, a positive shock, a novel film.

The film HOME appeared in the result of a 15 year’s work, with 500'000 photos made in more than 100 countries, 3 million books sold, 100 free open-air exhibitions held for more than 100 million visitors, 4 documentaries shot.

The key target of the film HOME is to show the beauty of the planet, our mutual home, and highlight the importance of keeping it safe.

The press-conference with Yann Arthus-Bertrant will take place on May 21st 2009 in Moscow.

The Russian premiere of the film will be held on June 5th 2009 at open sites of Moscow — Vorobievy Gory, Poklonnaya Gora and Luzhniki. No admission for the premiere screening.

The title sponsor of the premiere in Russia is «Sony» company.
